Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. If your apartment isn’t ready yet, you can leave your luggage for free at the concierge and start exploring Venice right away.
Yes, online check-in is available through the Vikey system. Once you complete the process, you’ll receive a digital access code to enter your apartment independently.
The concierge is open every day from 8:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Outside these hours, we provide phone assistance at +39 335 778 1534.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB.
Palazzo dei Guardiani reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card provided as a guarantee for the booking by requesting a pre-authorization equal to the total amount of the stay. The cardholder’s name must match the name of the reservation holder. In case of invalid information or a denied pre-authorization, the booking will be automatically canceled without prior notice.
The city tax is not included in the apartment rate and must be paid upon check-in.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the selected rate. Please carefully review the terms associated with your chosen rate during the booking process.
Absolutely. High-speed Wi-Fi is free throughout the property.
According to Italian law, guests under 18 years of age can stay only if accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
- If accompanied by only one parent, a copy of the absent parent’s valid ID and a signed consent form must be presented at check-in.
- If accompanied by someone other than parents or legal guardians, a copy of both parents’ IDs and a signed consent form from both parents or guardians must be presented at check-in.
- If parents are unable to provide consent, documentation proving legal guardianship of the minor must be presented.
We love animals, but our apartments are not designed to accommodate them.
Palazzo dei Guardiani does not offer breakfast service. However, each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals independently.
Upon request, apartments can be equipped with baby items such as cribs and cots. We also offer a special baby kit that includes organic pH-neutral soaps and a soft sponge.
Parties or events are not permitted inside the property unless previously approved by our staff.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
Venice’s historic center is entirely pedestrian. The last area accessible by car is Piazzale Roma. We recommend parking in one of the nearby secure garages, such as Garage San Marco or the Autorimessa Comunale. Especially during peak season, it’s best to book your parking spot in advance. After parking, you can reach Palazzo dei Guardiani on foot.
Getting around Venice can present some challenges. Inside the building, an elevator connects the ground floor to all apartments.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.
A fiscal receipt is issued for every stay upon payment. If you require an invoice, please specify this during the booking process and provide full billing details.
